Hi, I'm Tracey and I am the Director of The Natural Health Co in Howick.
Our Mission statement has always been to service the community.
As part of Your Good Space’s initiative we would love to provide support to families who have, or are currently experiencing mental health issues. We have a variety of practitioners including Medical Herbalists, Homeopaths and Naturopaths. We would like to be involved in anyway possible. We have practitioners who would be happy to negotiate their fees to assist.
Please feel free to come in and have a sit down and talk to one of our staff with their massive array of knowledge in nutrition and natural health support to promote healthy lifestyles and minds.
These times have been incredibly challenging on the mental health system, and everyone deserves assistance and an affordable rate, so that ongoing support can be given.
We would be open to hold a space for talks and support any talks or workshops being run. We are dealing with huge amounts of mental wellbeing issues currently covering all ages, and of course including the parents that are trying to support their children are incredibly in need of nurture too.
