The key to overall good health is breathing. Is your breathing working for you?
Hi, I’m Jo, and I’m really interested in helping people to feel again, but to feel perhaps differently to how they are used to feeling. I want to teach you how to use your breath and meditation to stop the bodies acute stress response that causes you distress, and negatively impacts on your health. We will work on unravelling conditioning, automatic nervous responses, and habitual ways of responding to life that are not helpful. I will support you to gain the skills to feel more in control of your life, and more peaceful in situations that used to cause you stress.
Together we will build skills that enable you to be more present, calm, curious, loving, healthy, and happy.

I work with people one on one and online. I will be presenting some of my work during the breathing module of Anxiety Workshops through Your Good Space. I will be offering guest appearances and workshops to the community.
